Hello there Hugo. I must apologize for the latency of this reply, it has been a helluva month.
The Fenix 180 is perhaps 100 Surefire lumens. The e1b clearly has superior throw thanks to its larger and smoother TIR (total internal reflection) optic. The Fenix reflector is texturized and thus scatters the light for more flood. I love the e1b. I have 2
The good news is that I am preparing some more gear reviews for you all and I will be expanding my operations here on Youtube.

e1b definitely throw farther coz it has an TIR optic, which makes the beam very bright & tightly focus.

Thanks for the comment. The flickering effect is indeed a result of the fluctuating magnetic field generated by the LED interfering with the camera’s electronics. Remember that LEDs actually turn on and off rapidly when generating light, thus generating a fluctuating magnetic field.
