    San Francisco, is a …
San Francisco, is a very different town infrastructure-wise than other cities in California, there’s no way he could actually implement this unless he laid down miles of track that would cross the world 8 times. The cost would be insurmountable, because they would have to buy land already built on. I admire him as a mayor not as a governor of a bankrupt, populated state.

    I urge everyone to …
I urge everyone to look up RESNET/HERS and its Energy Providers and judge for yourself. See your tax dollars going into the pocket of a giant monopoly.
People pay money to become Energy Raters with the hope of find “green jobs or operate their own business. Unfortunately the system is set up as a monopoly. Energy rater Providers sit at the board of directors and ethics committee. It is a scam, it violates antitrust and cheats the taxpayer.
RESNET is funded by DOE, EPA and NASEO.

You are well spoken. I didn’t know that a “State of the City” exsisted before reviewing this series. Thank you for allowing me to be more involved in politics and for providing the public with an opportunity to learn more about their environment.
