Can solar powered Christmas lights be used indoors around a window? ?

Another post from Solar Christmas Lights.

My new solar lights are not very bright and they only shine for about 3 hours instead of the 7 hours they are supposed to.

they need more direct sun light , and they can be used any where you can get the sun light , the longer in sun the longer they run

Solar Christmas Lights will save you a considerable amount of money on your utility bill at a time of the year when money can be tight.
